STOMPer ahbear caught this man urinating in public at Jalan Besar. The STOMPer thinks that this is a very uncivilised act, when there are so many public toilets available in Singapore.

In a recent report, officers from the National Environment Agency (NEA) are catching more people urinating in public places.
In northwestern, Singapore for example, 66 were caught in 2008, 232 in 2009 and 250 up till November this year.
Most of the culprits were male, between 20 and 40 years old.
