STOMPer Kiefer Goh is preparing to bury this kitten that his mother found dead under block 183B at Sengkang. There seems to be a puncture wound under its neck and the STOMPer wonders if this is a case of animal abuse.
The STOMPer appeals:
"This cat was found at Sengkang 183B around 10pm on 9 Dec.
"It appears to have been punctured from its lower jaw into its mouth.
"Its eyes were bloodshot and I suspect that was due to strangulation.
"The cat was only a kitten and no bigger than 1 foot long.
"It was already dead when my mother carried it to my house. We are preparing to bury it.
"If anyone has more information about this case, please contact the authorities.
"I hope the government will start doing more to help these poor animals."
